AXIT Channel Publisher Terms and Privacy Notice

1. About AXIT Channel Publisher

AXIT Channel Publisher (the "Tool") is an internal tool that the staff of Uniquegood Company Inc. (the "Company") use to manage only the Company's own YouTube brand channel, AXIT (@axit-team, https://www.youtube.com/@axit-team). AXIT Channel Publisher uses YouTube API Services. The Tool is not offered to users of the AXIT service, and the AXIT service does not ask its users for access to their YouTube accounts. Personal information of AXIT service users is handled under the AXIT Privacy Policy (https://axit.team/privacy).

2. YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy

By using the Tool, the Company staff who authorize it agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's processing of the information the Tool accesses is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy). Staff review this notice before authorizing the Tool through Google, and by authorizing it they agree to this notice.

3. Information Accessed

Once the channel's manager authorizes the Tool through Google, it can access the AXIT channel's own information, videos, playlists, captions and YouTube Analytics reports. It does not access other channels' data or information about viewers or AXIT users.

4. Use and Sharing

This information is used only to publish and manage the Company's own videos and to review their performance. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties other than service providers acting on the Company's behalf (for example, the AI model provider of the internal assistant that runs the Tool on staff instructions). The Tool does not use cookies and does not let third parties serve content or advertisements.

5. Storage and Deletion

The Tool stores only the Google authorization token (an OAuth refresh token) on the Company's server, and access to it is limited to authorized staff. Other YouTube data is not kept for more than 30 days. Analytics figures used in internal reports are kept only as long as needed, and the Company re-confirms its authorization at least every 30 days. If the authorization is withdrawn or deletion is requested, the Company revokes the token and deletes the stored data within 7 days. Deleting the Company's copy does not delete anything on YouTube; videos on YouTube can be deleted in YouTube Studio.

6. Revoking Access

Staff who authorized the Tool can revoke its access at any time with the Tool's revoke command, which revokes the token with Google and deletes it from the Company's server. Access can also be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

This notice takes effect on October 6, 2026. If it changes, the Company will post the changes and their effective date on this page. This notice is written in Korean; if this English version conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
